handscraping. Sanding your floor will produce a smooth finish; where hand scraped floors produces a aged, distressed finish. This effect can vary from light to heavy.

Chemical-base finish that requires estimate 24 hours per coat to dry. (Price included in Sand or Handscrape charge) High Traffic Sealer:
Water-base sealer that dries within 2-4 hours per coat and is a stronger more durable finish. (Price not included in Sand or Handscrape charge) Wax:
